Yes, we only rent to companies, not private individuals.
Yes, but the studio is in a building with a shared workspace, so you may hear some noise from outside during office hours.
No, the studio has no windows. That gives you full control over the light.
The studio is a separate room, but the kitchen and bathroom are shared with others who may be around during the day.
Email us. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the booked time. After that we charge half the price, and the full price for same-day cancellations. It’s all in our booking terms.
By invoice with 30 days’ payment terms, sent once the booking is confirmed. All prices are excluding VAT.
